How do I know if I need to change my strings?

• If you don’t know when the last time you strings were changed OR they never were… it’s overdue!
• Strings in general should be changed roughly every 75-100 hours of playing -> on the high end that’s about every 6 months if you practice 30 minutes per day. Most pros recommend every 2-3 months.
• If you break a string, replace them all (unless it’s been under a week)
• If playing your guitar makes your fingers dirty (gross!)
• If there is visible crud on your guitar… like the G,B, or E strings are black instead of silver/bronze
• You’re guitar sounds dull and has lost it’s zest for life

Ideal for:

1. Those that have never changed their strings before and need to be coached through the process
2. Those that have done it once or twice before but would like supervision
3. Those that know how to do it but never seem to find the time

For ACTIVE STUDENTS, attendance to the Saturday RESTRING workshop will count as a lesson…

However, you can purchase entry for $10 + processing fee if you want to save your lesson**.
